The nickname Tractor House comes from early stages of the project when the clients tractor was broken down and he thought the John calling was the repair man. Weirdly, a follow up call a week later was met with the same confusion, as he thought John was again the tractor repair man. And so the Tractor House was born...
Tractor House really caught on, adding an old red tractor into the visuals and on move in day the clients were surprised with an old Massey Ferguson tractor as the arrival sculpture.
